By ticking the above box, I hereby agree to the following:

1. The above details are all genuine and the relevant information correlates with that in my passport.
2. The passport I have uploaded is mine and not that of another person.
3. I agree to adhere to the rules and regulations of the UWEIES English Placement Test. Failure to follow the rules will result in my dismissal from the test and will not be able to take the test again.
4. Upon marking tests, UWEIES reserves the right to fail and dismiss anyone who plagiarises or is thought to have cheated.
5. I will bring my passport to the speaking component of the test. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling of the test.
6. Producing someone else's passport in the speaking component will lead to dismissal and I will not be eligible to take the test again.
